Gabrielle Long is a certified Yoga Teacher, Massage and Polarity Therapist. She came to know yoga during her college years in 1990, as a way to reduce stress and fatigue, and develop meditation skills to bring mindfulness, clarity and focus, and a deeper connection with the inner self. Through her process she has discovered living in the moment brings greater fulfilment, and being grateful for each experience in her life, which has enabled her to complete this chakra clearing meditation.

Gabrielle has travelled the world studying and practicing various styles of yoga. Her teaching style is based on form and alignment of the structural body, using a soft approach lead from the heart. She guides her students inside the body using the breath to go deeper into ones process, releasing old programming, and  blocked energy to allow more freedom in the body and in ones life. Because she is also a body worker of Therapeutic Massage and a Polarity Practitioner of energy work, this strengthens her awareness to better assist each individual to a greater depth. Her mission is helping others to open to unconditional self love, letting go of the “judge” within, discovering ones true nature, and bring yoga into daily life.

Gabrielle has been living in Italy since 2006. She currently teaches yoga to the local community and conducts workshops and retreats in Italy and abroad.
